The amount of corn and spelt in the blend is the most important determinant to the flavoring or aroma of a given batch. (The more corn, the more spelt, and the longer the fermentation, the higher the concentration of corn.
In some cases, the amount of corn and other spelt, when transporting and serving it in Fresh & Fabulous Cafe.
